Job summary

Crop Management Network Inc. is seeking an Account Manager – Sales to support Onoway and surrounding areas. This role offers hands-on experience in agronomy and sales, working directly with farmers to address crop input needs and deliver products.

Ideal candidates may be recent graduates or experienced sales professionals with a passion for agriculture, strong communication, and a willingness to learn. Excellent relationship-building skills and a valid driver’s license are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with local farmers to support crop input needs.

• Build strong customer relationships and become a trusted partner on the farm.
• Identify new business opportunities and grow the customer base.
• Coordinate with operations and logistics for timely product delivery.
• Use CRM systems to stay organized and manage customer information.

We are growing our team and hiring an Account Manager – Sales to support customers in Onoway and surrounding areas.

About the Role

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a career in ag retail. Whether you are an experienced salesperson or a recent graduate with an interest in agriculture, this role provides the chance to work directly with farmers and gain hands on experience in agronomy and sales.

In this role, you will:

• Work directly with local farmers to support their crop input needs
• Sell a full range of products including fertilizer, crop protection, and seed
• Assist with crop planning, field scouting, and agronomic recommendations
• Build strong customer relationships and become a trusted partner on farm
• Identify new business opportunities and grow your customer base
• Work closely with operations and logistics to ensure product is delivered efficiently
• Use digital tools and CRM systems to stay organized and manage customer information

What We’re Looking For

• Post secondary education in agriculture or a related field is an asset

• Experience in agriculture or sales is an asset, but not required
