Today, ROHA has offices in 22 countries, 14 technical application labs worldwide, and manufacturing facilities across 14 countries including the US, UK, Spain, Italy, India, South Africa, Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand, China, Egypt, Brazil, Mexico, and Australia. Our products are marketed in over 130 countries, including natural extracts (oleoresins, juices, and concentrates), synthetic colors for cosmetics and household goods, industrial colors, and animal feed additives.

We are hiring for the position of Account Manager.

Candidates must have experience in the FOOD COLOR/INGREDIENT INDUSTRY ONLY and be based in Toronto, Ontario.

This is an opportunity at the mid-management level, with a 5-day workweek, reporting to the North America Sales Director.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Accountable for individual strategic sales, profitable growth, and achieving monthly and annual targets.
  2. Develop and execute business plans to expand and maintain ROHA’s presence in the assigned territory and/or accounts.
  3. Identify new prospects continuously within the territory.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts.
  5. Manage brokers/distributors appointed in the territory.
  6. Coordinate operational issues with customer care representatives.
  7. Present sales pitches to direct accounts or through brokers/distributors.
  8. Gather market intelligence and competitor data.
  9. Organize and manage trade shows, presentations, and marketing events.
  10. Perform other activities necessary for territory development and maintenance.
  11. Uphold and promote ROHA’s culture and core values.
  12. Represent ROHA’s image positively with colleagues, customers, vendors, and the community.
