Account Manager

What You’ll Do

  1. Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact.
  2. Leading the development and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with client goals and objectives.
  3. Managing project timelines, budgets, and scopes, delivering exceptional results within agreed parameters.
  4. Collaborating with internal teams, including creative, strategy, media, and production, to execute projects effectively.
  5. Preparing and presenting client proposals, performance reports, and strategic recommendations.
  6. Identifying and pursuing opportunities to grow client accounts, including cross-sells and upsells.
  7. Monitoring industry trends and competitor activities to inform client strategies.
  8. Resolving client concerns with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.

  3. Strong understanding of marketing principles, ideally with experience managing campaigns across multiple channels.
  4. Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and complex projects effectively.
  5. Experience analyzing campaign performance data and developing actionable insights.
  6. A track record of delivering exceptional client satisfaction.
