Job summary

Randstad Canada is seeking an Engineering Recruiter to source, screen and qualify top engineering talent for contract, contract-to-hire and permanent roles. The position offers a clear path to client-facing business development within 6–12 months in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

You will work in a hybrid Canada-wide model, leveraging Google tools to manage candidate pipelines, and contribute to Randstad’s reputation as a leading HR services provider.

Responsibilities

Pay Rate: $ 55,000 - $ 105,000 Annually

The listed pay range includes base salary and, if the role is eligible, a reasonable estimate of expected variable commission pay potential. Note that commission varies based on performance, the successful and commission eligible candidate may earn amounts higher than this range.
