Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager to drive financing opportunities and build strong customer relationships. The role focuses on inbound/outbound sales, credit applications, and educating customers on financing options.

The position offers a base salary plus uncapped bonuses, with OTE in the 60–65k CAD range and additional benefits. Role can be remote with hybrid work if within commuting distance of Burnaby’s office.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers interacting with Ritchie Bros. to obtain a completed credit application leading to a financing transaction.
• Make outbound calls to customers who purchased equipment at a recent Ritchie Bros. auction.
• Address financing inquiries from customers engaging with Ritchie Bros. auction.
• Educate customers on the Ritchie Bros. Financial Services offering.
• Establish equipment financing pre-approvals for future purchases.
• Provide rate quotation information to customers.
• Close customers on terms and conditions of approval.
• Follow the Customer strategy and, where applicable, execute the re-seller strategy.

• Contacting customers who are interacting with Ritchie Bros. with the goal of obtaining a completed credit application that will lead to a financing transaction
• Making outbound calls to customers who have purchased equipment at a recent Ritchie Bros. auction
• Satisfying the needs of all financing inquiries from customers who interacting with Ritchie Bros. auction
• Marketing to and educating the customer on the Ritchie Bros. Financial Services product offering
• Establishing equipment financing pre-approvals for customers’ future purchases
• Providing rate quotation information to customer
• Closing customer on terms and conditions of approval
• Execute on the Follow the Customer strategy, where applicable
• Execute on the re-seller strategy to engage end user customers
