Western Financial Group is seeking an Account Executive – Life and Living Benefits to work remotely across the Maritimes. You will leverage warm leads and established client relationships to identify needs and tailor life insurance solutions.

The role offers uncapped earning potential with a commission structure plus a guaranteed minimum, plus extensive training and coaching. You must be legally eligible to work in Canada; LLQP licence preferred.

What You'll Do

• Connect with clients to understand and identify their life insurance needs through outbound opportunities, and recommend appropriate life insurance solutions
• Build and maintain long term client relationships
• Consistently achieve sales and service goals
• Deliver an exceptional client experience while maintaining compliance standards

What You Bring

• Proven sales success and a strong desire to achieve results
• LLQP licence preferred. Candidates willing to obtain licensing may also be considered.
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
• Self motivation, resilience and strong closing skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Passion for helping clients and growing your income

Role Details

Hours: Full Time, Permanent (37.5 hours/week)

Location: Remote in the Maritimes

Compensation: 60% Commission on New Business, 40% on Renewals with a guaranteed minimum component

Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
