Job summary

Advantage Sales and Marketing LLC is seeking an Account Executive (Canada) to lead demo event programs inside Costco, aligning with sales strategy and delivering end-to-end execution. You will manage scheduling, build key relationships, and collaborate with vendors to drive sales across departments.

The role blends strategic oversight with hands-on logistics, requiring strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
• 5+ years of sales experience developing new business while managing event logistics
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency with MS Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Outlook)

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily scheduling of demo events across assigned Costco departments
• Build strong relationships with key Costco buying contacts to develop demo programs that drive sales
• Partner with external vendors to design demo programs and track performance against objectives
• Own communication, process, and policy alignment between Costco and vendor partners
• Collaborate with the Country Manager to build out event reporting
• Work closely with Operations to manage client requests and business-standard changes
