Job summary

Pollard Banknote Limited in Winnipeg is seeking an Account Executive to join our Sales & Marketing team. You will serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, translating customer needs into product requirements and ensuring on-time delivery of tickets and other game deliverables.

You’ll build strong client relationships, contribute to product marketing strategies, and act as the daily client contact to manage projects and communications.

Qualifications

• Post-Secondary education in Business Administration, Marketing or other related field.
• 3+ years' experience in an administrative or project coordination role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Ensuring thorough understanding of customers' requirements.
• Ensuring customer specifications accurately reflect the customers' requirements.
• Ensuring timely responses to customer requests.
• Ensuring timely, error-free preparation and approvals of artwork, customer specifications, Kodak proofs etc. to keep game orders on schedule.
• Representing the customer's perspective in internal discussions.
• Building and maintaining solid customer relationships to help grow our business with lotteries.
• Participating in the development of product marketing strategies for customers.
• Acting as client contact on daily management of projects and correspondence

Education
