Your Job
- You are the first point of contact for our customers, maintaining consistent communication via phone and email, including daily calls and emails.
- You conduct high-level product demonstrations and address client inquiries effectively.
- You diligently follow up on leads, engage in business discussions to showcase our solutions' benefits, and respond promptly to customer inquiries with relevant information and tailored offers.
- You establish and nurture trusted advisor relationships, supporting and engaging with customers to achieve their goals, while driving new business, cross-sells, and up-sells.
- You drive product adoption and manage escalations to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
- You contribute to sales growth by achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Your Profile
- You have 2+ years of inside sales experience in the IT industry with a successful track record.
- Experience selling to Managed Service Providers (MSPs) or internal IT customers is a plus.
- Technical knowledge or experience in software sales is preferred but not required.
- You can build relationships at all organizational levels over the phone with persuasive etiquette, high energy, and enthusiasm.
- You demonstrate negotiation skills and understand the customer’s buying process.
- You possess excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, fostering teamwork.
- You are familiar with CRM tools like Salesforce for managing leads and opportunities.
- You are driven, ambitious, and passionate about sales, aiming for significant commissions.
