Agency Account Executive

Hybrid: 4 Days/Week in office

As an Account Executive on our Agency Development team, you will leverage your experience selling digital advertising solutions to Loblaw's largest agencies. With broad and long-standing agency relationships, a consultative approach, and a deep understanding of digital advertising, you will act as a strategic partner to your clients, selling a broad range of data-driven advertising solutions to meet their business goals.

What You'll Do
  • Revenue: Reach and exceed agency revenue targets while contributing to team goals.
  • Educating and Presenting: Educate agency teams on retail media and how to leverage Loblaw Advance assets for endemic and non-endemic clients.
  • Account Planning: Develop and manage short and long-term agency growth targets based on client objectives.
  • Relationships: Build high-level collaborative relationships with agency contacts managing multiple budgets.
  • Collaboration: Work with Loblaw Advance sales teams and internal teams to represent agency needs and bring the agency portfolio to life.
  • Industry Expertise: Partner with cross-functional teams to structure initiatives, analyze market data, and develop strategic account plans.
  • Prospect: Prospect and penetrate agency teams to drive alignment and influence contacts.
  • Measurement & Insights: Collaborate with measurement partners to evaluate the impact of Loblaw Media solutions.
  • Pipeline: Manage sales pipeline effectively to prioritize opportunities.
  • Thought Leadership: Serve as an industry thought leader in digital advertising, leveraging Loblaw’s product and technology developments.
  • Market Engagement: Participate in industry organizations, committees, and events.
  • RFPs: Create and present solutions for RFPs.
Does this sound like you?
  • 7+ years experience in digital sales with strong agency relationships.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Experience using CRM systems.
  • Previous experience working with clients and agencies.
  • Audience-driven sales experience is essential.
