Agency Account Executive

Hybrid: 4 Days/Week in office

As an Account Executive on our Agency Development team, you will leverage your experience selling digital advertising solutions to Loblaw's largest agencies. Your broad and long-standing agency relationships, consultative approach, and deep understanding of digital advertising will enable you to act as a strategic partner to your clients and sell a broad range of data-driven advertising solutions that meet their business goals.

What You'll Do

  1. Revenue: Reach and exceed agency revenue targets while contributing to overall vertical and team goals.
  2. Educating and Presenting: Educate agency teams on retail media and how to leverage Loblaw Advance assets for endemic and non-endemic clients.
  3. Account Planning: Develop and manage short- and long-term agency growth targets based on brand and marketing objectives.
  4. Relationships: Develop and broaden high-level agency relationships, understanding contacts managing multiple budgets.
  5. Collaboration: Work closely with sales teams to represent agency needs and bring the agency portfolio to life.
  6. Industry Expertise: Partner with cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives, develop account plans, and analyze market data.
  7. Prospect: Prospect and penetrate agency teams to drive alignment and influence key contacts.
  8. Measurement & Insights: Collaborate with measurement partners to evaluate the impact of Loblaw Media’s solutions.
  9. Pipeline: Manage agency sales pipeline to prioritize opportunities.
  10. Thought Leadership: Serve as an industry thought leader in digital advertising to drive client success.
  11. Market Engagement: Participate in industry organizations, committees, and events.
  12. RFPs: Create and present solutions for RFPs.

Does this sound like you?

  • 7+ years experience in digital sales with strong agency relationships
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Experience using CRM systems
  • Previous experience working with clients and agencies
  • Audience-driven sales experience is a must
