  • Manage workflow, capacity, budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure work is delivered efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Establish and continuously improve processes, service standards, and operating practices that support effective creative delivery.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a small in-house creative team.
  • Set priorities, manage workload, and foster a collaborative, accountable, and service-oriented culture.
  • Champion continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Stakeholder Partnership
  • Partner with Marketing, Communications, executives, provincial partners, and business stakeholders to understand priorities and align resources.
  • Provide guidance on scope, timelines, production requirements, and delivery expectations.
  • Build trusted relationships that ensure creative services are responsive, effective, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage relationships with agencies, freelancers, production partners, and other external vendors.
  • Coordinate briefs, timelines, approvals, and production requirements.
  • Balance internal and external resources to meet business needs while maintaining quality and creative integrity.

  • Strong project management, organizational, and workflow coordination skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence across all levels of an organization.
  • Experience managing external agencies, freelancers, or vendors.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a knack for finding practical solutions.
  • Confidence leading meetings, managing expectations, and keeping projects on track.
  • Experience leading or mentoring team members is considered an asset.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and project management or collaboration tools.
Who You Are

  • You can see both the big picture and the details that make successful execution possible.
  • You build trust quickly and communicate clearly with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • You take ownership, follow through on commitments, and don't let things fall through the cracks.
  • You enjoy helping creative teams do their best work and take pride in delivering exceptional results.
