The perfect job for someone looking to join a winning team! We’re looking for a person who is self-motivated, has outstanding energy, and is excited to connect with our customers. The successful candidate will be working directly with our sales team and help build relationships with existing clients and meet new clients.

Your Day-to-day Activities Will Include

  • Developing and building relationships with customers.
  • Measure rooms, sketch out dimensions, and gather requirements.
  • Dropping off materials and sales information to customers.
  • Participate in meetings with buyers and principals to talk about services, solutions, and build rapport.
  • Build ongoing and lasting relationships with the school boards.
  • Coordinate with our inhouse designers to create project solutions.
  • Regularly follow up with clients.
  • Work collaboratively with customer service and design teams
  • Participate in sales events/shows.
  • Other duties as required.

The Right Person Will Have The Following Assets

  • Punctual, focused on organization and detail.
  • Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.
  • Excels in customer relationship and be able to work well in a team oriented environment.
  • Loves to ensure everything is done correctly and on time every time.
  • Ready and willing to go the extra mile on projects when needed.
  • Loves to travel to customers’ offices and meet with them in person.

Qualifications And Skills

  • High School Diploma
  • 5+ years in a sales role
  • Class Five driver's license
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Superb computer skills - able to effectively use MS Office and other collaboration software
  • Able to build lasting relationships with customers, vendors, and team members
  • Experience with Educational Furniture Purchasing/Quoting is an asset
  • Design background or understanding is considered an asset
