About the Opportunity

We're looking for an Account Executive who will be responsible for aligning organizations that are ready to start their journey with a headless, composable or MACH approach. You’ll be focused on enterprise-size deals that span large buying groups and decision processes related to digital commerce and data infrastructure.

You will work daily with some of the fastest-growing partners in the world such as commercetools, Shopify, Contentful, and many more.

Location Requirement: While this role is primarily remote, candidates must be based in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) due to in-person client engagements.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with our Account, Partner & Growth, and Product teams to bring opportunities through our sales process.
  • Challenge the status quo at organizations and guide them in making the right decisions for their business.
  • Develop account research, assist with existing customer growth, and build relationships across departments.
  • Work closely with sales teams within our technology vendor partner ecosystem to develop new business.
  • Maintain close relationships with production teams to support project delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Review team implementations to ensure alignment with vision and goals.
  • Track performance towards targets and project timelines.
  • Willing to travel to meet customers and partners across North America.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 3+ years in a sales-related function with experience in enterprise software services.
  • Proven ability to develop, manage, and close new business.
  • Experience within the Shopify ecosystem, including a strong understanding of headless commerce and API-driven solutions.
  • Knowledge of the digital commerce landscape, including Composable Commerce and customer data platforms.
  • Understanding of sales frameworks such as MEDDIC.
  • Proactive, independent thinker with high energy and a positive attitude.
  • Desire to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to travel to meet customers and partners.
