We are currently seeking a talented SaaS Account Executive to be a key player in the growth of our SettLiT sales team. This role is ideal for someone with a robust background in B2B software sales, superior communication skills, and a knack for building long-term client relationships. You will drive our revenue, expand our client base, and deliver customer satisfaction, all while contributing to a mission that goes beyond business.

What you'll do

  • Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting through to close, primarily focused on mass tort and personal injury law firms in the US
  • Leverage provided lead lists and tools to book qualified demos and build pipeline, while maintaining high outbound activity
  • Deeply understand our value proposition and tailor demos and proposals to meet the specific pain points of our ICPs
  • Meet and exceed monthly targets for pipeline creation, demos booked, and deals closed
  • Maintain accurate records of activities, pipeline and forecasts in our CRM
  • Collaborate with Marketing, RevOps and Product teams to relay customer feedback and continuously improve messaging and workflows

What we're looking for

  • 2-5 years of full cycle sales experience in a B2B SaaS environment, preferably with a focus on legal tech or data services
  • Proven success in outbound sales motions, with a hunter mindset and a track record of meeting or exceeding quota
  • Comfortable selling into complex buying groups and working with legal professionals (paralegals, legal ops, attorneys)
  • Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Organized, self-driven, and able to work independently in a remote-first environment after the initial onboarding period
  • Willing to spend time in our downtown Toronto office during onboarding and as required thereafter
  • Demonstrated behaviors that reinforce Marble's values: Hunger, Humility, and Care

Bonus points if you have

  • Prior experience selling into personal injury or mass tort law firms
  • Background in early-stage startups with a build-as-you-go mentality
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot
