Job summary

Venters Recruits Ltd. is seeking an experienced HVAC sales professional to own a key territory covering Montreal.

This is an outside sales/business development role with about 80% of time spent in the market, engaging HVAC contractors, builders and industry decision-makers to drive new business. You will manage the full sales cycle, develop territory strategies, grow existing accounts, and recruit new authorized dealers while representing the organization at industry events.

Qualifications

• Proven outside sales or business development experience.
• Strong HVAC and/or construction industry knowledge.
• Demonstrated success winning new business and growing a territory.
• Strong relationships within the HVAC contractor market are a definite asset.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable managing a large geographic territory.

This is a true outside sales/business development role for someone who enjoys being in the field, developing new relationships and winning business. You’ll spend approximately 80% of your time in the market, working directly with HVAC contractors, builders and key industry decision-makers.
