The Role:

As an Account Executive, you’ll be on the front lines of our sales team, engaging directly with business owners to understand their funding needs and guide them through tailored solutions. From initiating outreach to closing deals, you’ll follow our proven sales processes while leveraging your expertise to provide customized recommendations that align with each client’s unique goals.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • B2B Outreach: Engage with small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) to identify their funding needs and uncover new opportunities.
  • Sales Process Management: Oversee the entire sales cycle—from first contact to closing the deal—ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for each client.
  • Relationship Building: Build and nurture long-term relationships with business owners, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor in their growth journey.
  • Collaborative Success: Work closely with a dynamic, high-energy sales team, exchanging insights and strategies to contribute to the collective success of the organization.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of B2B sales experience. A proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proven Sales Success: Demonstrated ability to navigate the full sales process—from prospecting to closing—while driving exceptional results.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively communicate the value of our solutions.
  • Goal-Oriented & Motivated: A results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and is motivated to succeed both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Persistence & Resilience: Comfort in handling objections and rejection with a positive attitude, staying motivated even in a competitive environment.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to manage prospects, track sales activities, and maintain a smooth sales process is ideal.
  • Team Player: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to deliver an outstanding client experience.
