Are you a top-tier HubSpot expert with a knack for closing deals and building strong client relationships? We’re seeking an Account Executive who excels in B2B sales, leverages HubSpot mastery (top 5% proficiency), and embodies our values to drive revenue and client success. This remote position offers flexibility to work from anywhere while collaborating with a supportive team to deliver transformative CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Sales and Revenue: Identify, pursue, and close B2B sales opportunities, leveraging your natural closing skills to meet and exceed revenue targets, embodying If You’re Not First, You’re Last.
  • Build Client Relationships: Foster long-term, trust-based relationships with clients, acting as their strategic partner and reflecting You Never Walk Alone through collaborative engagement.
  • Master HubSpot Solutions: Utilize your top 5% HubSpot expertise to demonstrate and tailor CRM solutions, showcasing how Set 2 Close’s offerings address client needs and drive revenue.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage and optimize sales pipelines within HubSpot, ensuring accurate forecasting, timely follow-ups, and efficient deal progression.
  • Consultative Selling: Understand client business challenges and propose customized CRM solutions that deliver measurable value, aligning with Innovation via Progress.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with solutions architects and account partners to ensure seamless project handoffs and client satisfaction, demonstrating Stewardship.
  • Market Insights: Stay ahead of industry trends and client needs, contributing ideas to enhance sales strategies and client outcomes.

Requirements

  • HubSpot Mastery: 2+ years of advanced HubSpot experience, with top 5% proficiency in HubSpot Sales Hub, CRM, and automation tools (certifications preferred).
  • B2B Sales Experience: 5+ years of proven success in B2B sales, with a track record of closing deals and exceeding quotas.
  • Natural Closer: Exceptional ability to negotiate, overcome objections, and close deals with confidence and finesse.
  • Relationship Builder: Demonstrated skill in cultivating strong, trust-based client relationships that drive loyalty and repeat business.
  • Analytical Skills: Comfortable using HubSpot analytics to track performance, optimize pipelines, and inform sales strategies.
  • Strong Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions to diverse audiences.
  • Education: Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Bonus Points

  • Experience in a consulting or agency environment.
  • Familiarity with revenue operations or CRM integrations.
  • Additional HubSpot certifications (e.g., Sales Software, Inbound Sales).
  • Proven success in upselling or expanding client accounts.
