Job summary

Dexterra Group in Canada seeks an Account Director to lead a housekeeping team and oversee high-quality custodial services across a dynamic environment. Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of management experience and directing a team in facility services or related field.
  • Experience in housekeeping at hotels or camps.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and other software applications.
  • Ability to effectively use hand-held computer technology.
  • Proven experience in recruiting, training, retaining and managing employee performance, including progressive discipline.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients at all levels.
  • Ability to maintain excellent relations with People – employees, client and customers.
  • Familiar with health, safety and environmental management systems.
  • A clear criminal record check is required for this role.

WHAT’S THE JOB?

As an Account Director, you will lead a dedicated Housekeeping team and oversee the delivery of high-quality custodial services across a dynamic environment. By fostering strong partnerships with stakeholders and leading a diverse workforce, you will play a key role in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for the faculty, staff, and visitors—while advancing your leadership career with Dexterra.
