Account Development Representative (Hybrid)

Are you passionate about achieving results, thinking creatively, and collaborating with customers to develop innovative solutions? Here is what an Account Development Representative (ADR) will do:

  • Research and cultivate new business connections via warm and cold outreach including LinkedIn, Email and Phone.
  • Set introductory meetings and generate qualified leads.
  • Research and prepare introductory calls/execute Survalent sales strategy.
  • Attend industry-specific conferences.
  • Update Salesforce with details of all communications with customers.
  • Follow up on inbound leads.
  • Participate in strategy discussions with sales team and other cross functional groups.
  • Some other duties are required

What are we looking for?

  • University Degree with a GPA of 3.2 or higher.
  • 1-4 years of experience working in customer facing roles, preferably in sales.
  • Must be passionate about sales and have an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Must be Proactive & willing to adapt and learn new skills and technologies.
