Summary

The Client Team (comprising Client Services and Client Development functions) undertakes a wide range of responsibilities in driving Billups’ business forward, developing and nurturing client and partner relationships. As part of our Client Services function, the Assistant role collaborates closely with peers, Account Executive(s), Senior Account Executive(s), Account Manager(s), Senior Account Manager(s), Account Director(s), and Senior Account Director(s) in :

Core Role Duties

Media Planning & Buying :

  • Assist in the day-to-day management of your clients, being a point of daily service contact, effectively servicing them, and contributing to growing client and agency business.
  • Learn how to write a rationale for simple media plans when delivering recommendations to clients.
  • Assist with the planning process including but not limited to : RFP collation, grid and deck development, Platform / mapping, etc.
  • Learn small-level plan / project development / ownership, and low-level negotiations, with high-level oversight from the line managers.

Project Management :

  • Assist in share file drive management, to ensure documents and content are saved in the relevant folders. Regularly update client and media vendor documents and folders within our directory.
  • Assist Billups’ delivery in ensuring the timely activation of media campaigns for your clients.
  • Assist with tracking campaign start dates and ensure everything is ready to go live on time.
  • Assist campaign reporting for your clients by supporting ‘Proof of Posting (POP)’ and Campaign Attribution, helping to ensure this is ready to be sent to clients and / or their agencies in a timely fashion.
  • Generate consistency in our work through the adoption of the appropriate templates and guidelines, ensuring operational excellence as an individual and as a team contributor. Consistently manage multiple project deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Help coordinate calendars to arrange team meetings or presentations.

Relationships :

  • Develop personal relationships with your media vendor contacts, building trust and collaboration.
  • Begin building supplier relationships on a daily basis regarding the development and execution of industry-leading OOH planning.
  • Attendance of relevant partner / industry events.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to maintain high levels of accuracy in tasks.
  • Must showcase strong time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Some experience in taking initiative, and exercising sound judgment in decision-making.
  • Expressing ideas and thoughts clearly, both orally and in written form.
  • Exhibiting good listening, comprehension, and engagement.
  • Strong ability to receive and apply constructive feedback to achieve improved outcomes.
