This role focuses on program implementation, staff supervision, compliance with licensure/BCaBA requirements, and collaboration with regional teams to improve client outcomes and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Active licensure or BCaBA certification per state requirements (or higher).
• Bachelor's degree with 12 semester units in ABA and 1 year supervisory ABA experience.
• Experience designing or overseeing ABA behavior modification services.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
