Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a Program Manager to oversee ABA service delivery, ensure continuity of care, and support team growth. You will lead regional coordination, uphold clinical standards, and manage scheduling and staffing while ensuring regulatory compliance.

This role emphasizes leadership, strong clinical judgment, and commitment to PBS Corp.’s standards of excellence, with bilingual English/Spanish applicants encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure or BCaBA certification required.
• Bachelor's degree with twelve semester units in applied behavior analysis.
• One year of supervisory ABA experience in designing/overseeing interventions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and compliance with policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure documentation (E Sign, post hire docs, compliance forms) is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor and mentor supervisees’ professional development.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards in line with licensure and certification.
