Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a Program Manager to oversee ABA service delivery, ensure continuity of care, and support professional growth across teams. The role emphasizes strong clinical judgment, organizational leadership, and adherence to PBS Corp.’s standards of excellence.

Qualifications

• Active licensure or BCaBA certification as required by state
• Bachelor’s degree plus 12 ABA units and 1 year supervisory ABA experience
• State-specific credentials may be required by location

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and compliance with policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure all documentation including E Sign, post-hire documents and compliance forms is completed on time.
• Mentor and support supervisees’ professional development.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards in line with licensure and certification requirements
