Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking a Program Manager to oversee ABA service delivery, ensure continuity of care, and support team growth across multiple regions in Canada.

The role requires strong clinical judgment, organizational leadership, and adherence to PBS Corp.’s standards of excellence. Bilingual English/Spanish applicants are encouraged to apply, with flexible scheduling and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Active licensure or BCBA/BCaBA certification as required by location.
• Bachelor's degree with twelve semester units in ABA and one year of supervisory ABA experience.
• Additional state credentials may be required depending on service location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms—is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
