Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a Program Manager in Canada to oversee and coordinate high quality ABA service delivery across assigned clients. You will ensure continuity of care, support team growth, and maintain clinical judgment aligned with PBS Corp.’s standards of excellence.

Bilingual English/Spanish applicants are encouraged. You will manage scheduling, documentation, and staff development while upholding ethical and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure or BCaBA certification per local requirements.
• Bachelor's degree with twelve ABA units and 1 year supervisory ABA experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure documentation including E Sign and compliance forms is completed on time.
• Mentor supervisees and support professional development.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards per licensure/certification.

Program Managers at PBS Corp. are responsible for overseeing and coordinating high quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) service delivery, ensuring continuity of care, and supporting the professional growth of their teams. Individuals in this role must demonstrate strong clinical judgment, organizational leadership, and a commitment to PBS Corp.’s standards of excellence. Bilingual English/Spanish applicants encouraged to apply!

Required Credentials

• Active state licensure in accordance with local regulatory requirements and/or maintain certification as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) or higher.


• Bachelor's degree, twelve semester units in applied behavior analysis, and one year of experience in a supervisory ABA role, which involves designing and/or providing oversight for behavior modification intervention services.

Additional state specific credentials may be required depending on service location.
