Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS Corp.) is seeking a Program Manager to oversee ABA service delivery across assigned teams, ensuring continuity of care and adherence to PBS Corp.’s standards.

The role requires active licensure (BCaBA or higher) and a Bachelor’s degree with 12 ABA units plus one year in a supervisory ABA role, plus state-specific credentials. You will lead staff, coordinate with regional teams, and ensure documentation and compliance.

• Bachelor’s degree with 12 ABA units and at least 1 year in a supervisory ABA role.
• Additional state credentials may be required depending on service location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure documentation—including E Sign, post hire docs, and compliance forms—is accurate and timely.
• Monitor, mentor, and support supervisees’ professional development.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards in line with licensure and certification.

Required Credentials

• Active state licensure in accordance with local regulatory requirements and/or maintain certification as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) or higher.
• Bachelor's degree, twelve semester units in applied behavior analysis, and one year of experience in a supervisory ABA role, which involves designing and/or providing oversight for behavior modification intervention services.

Additional state specific credentials may be required depending on service location.
