What You’ll Do

As the Clinical Supervisor, you will provide clinical and case management support to behavior technicians and clients/families under the supervision of a BCBA. Your responsibilities include:

1. Developing goals, programs, materials, and behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
2. Overseeing the work of behavior technicians and conducting quarterly competency reviews.
3. Providing ongoing program oversight and attending weekly supervision meetings.
4. Ensuring behavioral data systems are properly implemented and data is regularly collected for evaluation.

Qualifications

1. Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and communicate professionally.
2. Ability to collaborate with other professionals and lead others.
3. Effective verbal and written communication skills.
4. Excellent time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
5. Master's Degree in psychology, child development, ABA, or related field.
6. Commitment to consistent performance in key activities and indicators.
7. Availability from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with some Saturday availability.
