Job summary

Bath Depot in Oshawa is seeking a Key Holder to join our team at our Oshawa store. This role supports sales goals, store operations, and customer satisfaction in a fast-expanding, family-owned retailer.

You will help meet sales targets, support the Store Manager, assist in training, build customer loyalty, contribute to merchandising, and ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in sales or team leadership and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in retail sales (preferred).
• 1 to 2 years of sales or team management experience.
• Available to work days, evenings, and weekends.
• Demonstrates strong leadership skills.
• Communicates effectively.
• Shows initiative, autonomy, and a consistently positive attitude.
• Uses sound judgment and is solution-oriented.
• Solid organizational and planning skills.
• High school diploma is considered an asset.

• Reach sales goals, including SPH (Sales Per Hour)
• Review sales reports and adapt strategies accordingly

• Support onboarding of new staff
