Bath Depot is a Canadian family-owned retailer offering bathroom, kitchen, and lighting products. We seek a 3rd Key Holder to join our Brampton store to drive sales, lead the team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You will meet sales targets, assist in daily operations, train staff, and grow customer relationships. Availability for days, evenings, and weekends is required; a high school diploma is valued. Attractive discounts and growth opportunities accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in retail sales (preferred).
• Ideal candidate: 1–2 years of experience in sales or team management.
• Available to work days, evenings, and weekends.
• Demonstrates strong leadership skills.

• Shows initiative, autonomy, and a consistently positive attitude.
• Uses sound judgment and is solution-oriented.
• Possesses solid organizational and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide and support in-house training.
• Build customer loyalty through exceptional service.
• Contribute to product merchandising.

• Reach sales goals, including SPH (Sales Per Hour).
• Review sales reports and adapt strategies accordingly.

• Support onboarding of new staff.
• Provide consistent follow-up with customers.
• Handle store opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Promote and ensure effective visual merchandising.
• Apply company policies and procedures.
• Manage inventory according to established processes.
