Additional Compensation

• Commission based on sales performance

Daily Responsibilities

• Meet established sales targets
• Assist the Store Manager in daily operations
• Provide and support in‑house training
• Build customer loyalty through exceptional service
• Contribute to product merchandising
• Be a key team player working closely with management
• Take an active role in overall store operations

Experience

• Minimum of 1 year in retail sales (preferred)

To Succeed In This Role, You Will

• Supervise, motivate, and support the in‑store team
• Maintain high standards of customer service and deliver an outstanding shopping experience
• Encourage team members to achieve their goals
• Reach sales goals, including SPH (Sales Per Hour) and DPT (Dollars Per Transaction)
• Review sales reports and adapt strategies accordinglyBuild long‑term relationships with both employees and customers
• Support onboarding of new staff
• Provide consistent follow‑up with customers
• Handle store opening and closing procedures as needed
• Promote and ensure effective visual merchandising
• Apply company policies and procedures
• Manage inventory according to established processes
• Perform any other related tasks
