Job summary

Bath Depot is seeking a 3rd Key Holder for our Cambridge store to support the Store Manager and lead a small team in daily operations. You will drive sales, coach staff, and deliver exceptional customer service while building lasting client relationships.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in sales or team leadership, are available days/evenings/weekends, and demonstrate initiative, strong communication, and reliable planning. Join a family-owned Canadian retailer with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Daily Responsibilities

Experience
