Job summary

Bath Depot is seeking a 3rd Key Holder for our Saint John store to help drive sales, supervise daily operations, and foster exceptional customer service. You will support the Store Manager, contribute to merchandising, and build lasting relationships with customers and team members.

The ideal candidate brings 1–2 years in sales or team leadership, strong communication, initiative, and organizational skills, and is available for day, evening, and weekend shifts in a hands-on retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in retail sales.
• 1–2 years in sales or team leadership preferred.
• Available to work days, evenings and weekends.
• High school diploma is an asset.

Daily Responsibilities

Experience

• Minimum of 1 year in retail sales (preferred)

To Succeed in This Role, You Will:

• Supervise, motivate, and support the in-store team
• Maintain high standards of customer service and deliver an outstanding shopping experience
• Encourage team members to achieve their goals
• Reach sales goals, including SPH (Sales Per Hour) and DPT (Dollars Per Transaction)
• Review sales reports and adapt strategies accordinglyBuild long-term relationships with both employees and customers
• Support onboarding of new staff
• Provide consistent follow-up with customers
• Handle store opening and closing procedures as needed
• Promote and ensure effective visual merchandising
• Apply company policies and procedures
• Manage inventory according to established processes
• Perform any other related tasks
