Job summary

Syntronic is seeking an experienced professional to join our team in Canada to drive end-to-end integration testing for 5G RAN features and broader telecommunication product verification. You will collaborate with software designers, configure lab setups, and contribute to test automation in a Linux environment.

The role requires 2+ years of telecom integration testing experience, strong knowledge of wireless and IP networking, and a proactive, analytical mindset to diagnose issues across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics & Communication, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in E2E integration testing of telecommunication products.
• Comfortable with working in a Linux environment.
• Fundamental knowledge in wireless communication and IP networking.
• Excellent analytic and troubleshooting skills for problems that span multiple domains (applications, network, hardware).

• Proactively drive the feature verification of 5G RAN features: determine lab configuration requirement for feature testing, create the test plan for feature verification, design and perform test cases
• Work collaboratively with software designers on development testing, collect debugging information, reproduce software faults, perform root cause analysis

You will be an integral contributor to a team responsible for integration and cross-functional feature development of radio access network baseband products at a major telecom solutions provider.
