Responsibilities

  • Oversee the execution of marketing communications across various digital channels, ensuring alignment with Leafs, Raptors, TFC, and Argos brands, sports calendars, and campaign objectives and timelines.
  • Own all creative copy and assets for the program, both in-arena and online, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and a compelling fan experience across all touchpoints.
  • Plan and execute team-building initiatives alongside the 50|50 Staff Supervisor to drive engagement and create a positive culture among part-time staff.
  • Partner with the 50|50 Operations Supervisor to ensure accurate event setup and operational readiness, while managing the 50|50 inbox by responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage all Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) licensing and compliance requirements across MLSE’s 50|50 portfolio. Prepare and submit license applications, amendments, and required reports through the iAGCO portal, process license fee payments, and ensure ongoing compliance with provincial regulations across all programs.
  • Oversee winner and prize fulfillment processes for both cash and non-cash prizes. Verify winning numbers, communicate with winners, prepare documentation for cash prize payments, and coordinate the procurement, verification, and distribution of non-cash prizes.
  • Directly oversee the 50|50 Operations Supervisor and 50|50 Staff Supervisor, providing strategic direction, ensuring alignment across operational and people-focused priorities, and serving as an escalation point when needed.

Role Overview

The 50|50 Coordinator leads the day‑to‑day execution of the 50|50 program, ensuring regulatory compliance and effective usage of marketing channels.
