Job summary

Qualifications

• 4th Class Power Engineer certification required.
• Heavy equipment operation experience is an asset.
• Safety tickets (H2S Alive, First Aid, WHMIS) are assets.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor plant equipment to maximize production and product quality.
• Understand and operate all aspects of the plant operations.
• Follow policies, procedures and competency-based training; complete daily paperwork accurately.

Starting wage $53.66/hour. It also includes $400 a month for Northern Travel Allowance.The Hasler plant is located near Chetwynd, BC. The successful candidate will be responsible for their own living accommodations during their shift. Transportation is provided to and from the plant from Chetwynd.Responsibilities* Ensure equipment is used safely, effectively, and efficiently to maximize production and product quality.
