Job summary

Enersul L.P. near Fox Creek, AB, is seeking a dedicated Operator to join our plant team and help maximize production while ensuring safety and quality. This role requires strong reliability and adherence to procedures in a high-demand environment.

The position follows a 7 days on/7 days off, 12-hour shift pattern, with days and nights alternating. A Grade 12 education and a valid Class 5 Driver’s License are required; ABSA 4th Class Power Engineering certification is an asset.

Qualifications

• Minimum of grade 12 education or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License.
• ABSA 4th Class Power Engineering Trade Certification is an asset.
• Heavy Equipment operation experience is an asset.
• Safety tickets: H2s Alive, First Aid, WHMIS is considered an asset

Responsibilities

• Ensure equipment is used safely, effectively, and efficiently to maximize production and product quality.
• Ability to understand and operate equipment and all aspects of the plant operation.
• Ensure that a continuous review of safe work procedures and practices is being done by themselves and other operators.
• Must be able to follow company policies, procedures and competency-based training programs.
• Timely and accurate completion of all paperwork generated by their daily duties

Responsibilities

• Ensure equipment is used safely, effectively, and efficiently to maximize production and product quality. Particular attention paid to time management, quality of work, and housekeeping.
• Ability to understand and operate equipment and all aspects of the plant operation.
• Ensure that a continuous review of safe work procedures and practices is being done by themselves and other operators.
• Must be able to follow company policies, procedures and competency-based training programs.
• Timely and accurate completion of all paperwork generated by their daily duties.
