Job summary

Enersul L.P. is seeking a dedicated Operator for our facility near Fox Creek, AB. You will ensure safe, efficient operation of plant equipment to maximize production and quality, with rigorous attention to time management and housekeeping.

Responsibilities include following safe work procedures, adhering to policies, and completing daily paperwork. A grade 12 education and a valid Class 5 license are required or equivalent, with power engineering certification and railcar handling experience

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of grade 12 education or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License.
• ABSA 4th Class Power Engineering Trade Certification is an asset.
• Heavy Equipment operation experience is an asset.
• Safety tickets: H2s Alive, First Aid, WHMIS is considered an asset.
• Railcar handling experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Ensure equipment is used safely, effectively, and efficiently to maximize production and product quality.
• Particular attention paid to time management, quality of work, and housekeeping.
• Ability to understand and operate equipment and all aspects of the plant operation.
• Ensure that a continuous review of safe work procedures and practices is being done by themselves and other operators.
• Must be able to follow company policies, procedures and competency-based training programs.
• Timely and accurate completion of all paperwork generated by their daily duties.
