Dufferin Aggregates, a division of CRH Canada, is hiring a 433A Millwright for our Milton site. This permanent, full-time position offers a competitive hourly wage with location-based premiums and shifts.

You will join a skilled maintenance team focused on preventative and corrective maintenance to maximize equipment uptime. Responsibilities include troubleshooting and maintaining conveyors, pumps, compressors, boilers, and related systems; participating in shutdowns and projects; reading

Formación

• Valid 433A Millwright License.
• 5 years of experience in a heavy industrial setting as a Millwright.
• Experience welding, cutting, brazing using different techniques and with different metals.
• Hoisting and Rigging knowledge (strong asset).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and schematics.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for pumps, fans, blowers, and gear drives.
• Ability to work in varied conditions (outdoors, heights, confined spaces).

Responsabilidades

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production equipment and support during breakdowns.
• Troubleshoot, repair, install, and replace equipment such as conveyors, pumps, pneumatic systems, compressors, and boilers.
• Participate in project work (process improvement, reliability) and annual shutdown overhauls.
• Remove outdated or unused equipment as directed.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and report deficiencies to the supervisor.
• Comply with all health and safety regulations, including PPE use and Lockout/Tagout procedures.
