GFL is seeking a full-time, permanent 310T Mechanic based at the Iroquois, ON Facility. The company provides comprehensive operational and safety training.

Job Duties

• Diagnose and repair operational issues with heavy-duty diesel trucks and equipment.
• Maintain and repair heavy diesel, CNG, gas, and electrically operated vehicles and equipment.
• Complete reports, work orders, order parts, and perform administrative duties daily.
• Plan and schedule repairs using M5 planner and procure necessary parts.
• Review mechanical write-ups on equipment and coordinate repair schedules.
• Ensure safe working conditions and compliance with safety regulations.
• Use a variety of power and hand tools and equipment.
• Maintain necessary tools for maintenance tasks on heavy / hydraulic equipment.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience as a 310T Mechanic.
• Valid 310T License.
• Computer literate with willingness to learn software systems.
• Able to meet safety-sensitive criteria per company standards.
• Experience with diagnostic software is a plus.
• Compliant with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions, work independently, and maintain accurate records.
• Ability to operate relevant vehicles and equipment.
• Physical capability to perform all job aspects.
