A leading construction company in Ontario seeks a Vehicle and Equipment Maintenance Assistant to support the maintenance and repair of project vehicles. Responsibilities include inspecting and servicing equipment under the guidance of experienced mechanics. The role requires a high school diploma or current enrollment in an apprenticeship, along with relevant experience and strong problem-solving skills.

Responsible for assisting with the maintenance and upkeep of project vehicles and equipment. This includes inspecting, servicing, diagnosing, and repairing vehicles and equipment, performing performance testing, and repairing defective components under the guidance of a 310T mechanic. Additionally, monitoring, diagnosing, and repairing AVL systems and electronic driver logs are required.
