Job summary

CRH Canada is seeking a 310S Automotive Service Technician for a permanent, full-time role in Vaughan. You will diagnose, service and repair fleet vehicles, ensuring safety and reliability while meeting manufacturer specifications.

Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor within Dufferin Construction, you’ll perform scheduled maintenance, keep records and collaborate with operations to minimize downtime. A valid 310S certification and Ontario license are required; fleet tools experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid 310S Automotive Service Technician certification.
• Experience working with fleet vehicles preferred.
• Valid Ontario driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with fleet maintenance tracking tools.

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic tools.
• Complete safety inspections and ensure vehicles meet compliance standards.

Reporting to the Equipment Superintendent, the will support the maintenance and repair of our fleet vehicles. This role is critical to ensuring the safety, reliability, and operational readiness of our fleet. The successful candidate will perform diagnostics, preventative maintenance, and repairs in accordance with manufacturer specifications and company standards

Requirements

• Valid 310S Automotive Service Technician Certification
• Experience working with fleet vehicles (light-duty trucks, vans, etc.) preferred
• Valid Ontario driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Familiarity with fleet management systems and maintenance tracking tools.
