The role requires independent work and teamwork, with project tasks including installations, repairs, and renovations while adhering to safety and local codes. On-the-road travel is part of the job and compensation is hourly.

Qualifications

• Must hold a 309A Certificate of Qualification as Electrician.
• Experience with residential, commercial, and industrial electrical systems is required.
• Strong ability to read blueprints/schematics and interpret electrical layouts.
• Proficient with hand and power tools and able to work independently or with a team.

Duties

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial environments.

• Troubleshoot electrical issues by diagnosing problems and implementing appropriate solutions.
• Work with low voltage systems as required for specific projects.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople on renovation projects to ensure seamless integration of electrical work.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations throughout all tasks.
