Job summary

RA-Tech Electrical Services Inc. is seeking a licensed 309A Electrician with at least 5 years of service experience in commercial and industrial settings.

The role involves independent work and teamwork on electrical systems, controls, and maintenance projects in a Caledon/GTA service area. The successful candidate will read electrical drawings, perform troubleshooting, and communicate with clients professionally while adhering to safety standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• Must hold a 309A Certificate of Qualification.
• Minimum of 5 years industrial/commercial experience.
• Valid G license with clean driver’s abstract.
• Fluent verbal English skills, reading and writing.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Customer service skills are required.
• Service and troubleshooting experience preferred.
• Motors, controls and pumps experience is an asset.
• Standby generator experience is an asset.
• Safety training WHMIS, Fall Protection & Working at Heights training is required.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems/equipment.
• Perform cabling/conduit work.
• Conduct preventative/corrective maintenance on equipment.

About Us:

We are a Full-Service Electrical Contractor based in Caledon, serving the GTA seeking a licensed 309A Electrician with minimum of 5 years Service Experience - commercial & industrial, who can work independently and with a team.

Work with a team that specializes in a complete range of electrical services, focusing on commercial & industrial from small electrical repairs to large projects including electrical systems & controls, installations, repairs & maintenance, lighting, panel design, changes & upgrades.

Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain various electrical systems/equipment
• Perform cabling/conduit work
• Perform preventative/corrective maintenance on equipment
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and specifications
• Troubleshoot and service electrical issues
• Communicate with clients in a professional and courteous manner
• Adhere to all safety codes and regulations
• Other duties as needed

Candidate Requirements & Skills:

• 309A Certificate of Qualification
• Minimum of 5 years industrial/commercial
