Job summary

J&J Snack Foods seeks a Freezer Warehouse Supervisor to oversee all freezer operations across three shifts. You will manage supervision of 3 supervisors and 30+ employees, ensuring accurate loading, palletizing, receiving and shipping while maintaining HACCP, GMP and safety standards.

You will lead training, monitor performance, conduct annual inventories, and provide KPI reports on inventory and on-time shipping. Strong WMS and Excel skills are preferred for efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years’ supervisory experience in Food Industry, Freezer Warehouse, Distribution or Operations.
• Familiarity with GMPs, Food Defense & Safety, HACCP, and Inventory Systems Management.
• Proficiency with PC-based tooling and WMS; Excel is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee freezer warehouse operations across day, night, and swing shifts.
• Supervise up to 30+ employees and 3 supervisors; ensure safety and productivity.
• Ensure accurate receiving, packing, loading, palletizing and shipping.
• Maintain clean, stocked, labeled freezers; ensure timely deliveries and customer service.
