Job summary

Nestlé USA in Burlington seeks a Maintenance Mechanic to actively troubleshoot, diagnose, and perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production and facility equipment. You will apply technical knowledge to keep assets to high standards, using hydraulic and pneumatic principles and shop tools.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED and 3–5 years related experience.
• Proficiency in machinist, millwright, welder, or pipe fitter tasks.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair, disassemble, and troubleshoot complex packaging machinery and equipment.
• Fabricate, assemble, repair, and utilize Nestlé reporting system for work orders.
• Repair material handling equipment and operate power and hand tools safely.
• Train others on job tasks and support continuous learning.
