Job summary

PCI TRGR Penn Pharmaceutical Services Ltd in Mississauga is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic II to lead day-to-day equipment setup, preventive maintenance, and line support on a Midnight Shift. You will collaborate with QA, maintenance trades, packagers and line leaders to keep production efficient and compliant.

The role requires mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment, with a competitive CAD hourly wage and benefits package.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot problems and perform maintenance.
• Experience with preventive maintenance tasks on industrial equipment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills in a manufacturing setting.
• Knowledge of PCI, cGMP and GCP policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate packaging machinery (cartoning, blistering, bottling).
• Disassemble/clean change parts and maintain production lines.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and escalate as needed.
• Perform preventive maintenance and use CMMS for tasks.
• Support training of new packagers and maintenance staff.
