Reporting to the Manager of Corporate Patient Flow and workingclosely with the Director of Patient Flow and
Partnerships, under the department of Utilization Management, theincumbent is responsible for operating and
maintaining a functional and efficient office. He/she isresponsible for providing secretarial services that include data
collection,entry/analysis, preparing statistical summaries andsubmitting data to internal/external sources, Ontario
Health and MOH. Also responsible for arranging and attendingmeetings, taking minutes, submitting payroll, staff
scheduling for 4 departments managed through department of PatientFlow, management and notification of bed
offers, monitoring and maintaining of proper ALC coding andtracking of ALC patient movement and related data.
Salary Range: $30.656 to 31.332
