Qualifications

• Valid Manitoba security guard license.
• Must be eligible to work in Canada over 40 hours per week.
• Valid First Aid and CPR certification.
• Must be at least 25 years old.
• Must have a Manitoba Class 5F Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Oversee security operations at the Winnipeg site.
• Access control for the facility/area.
• Ensure safety and emergency procedures are followed.
• Perform site-specific training.
• Record keeping and report writing.
• Operate/monitor security equipment.

Skills

Familiarity with access control systems

Experience with report writing

Knowledge of CCTV monitoring

Proficient using computer

Ability to stand or walk for extended periods

Good judgment and decision-making

Excellent verbal and written communication

Education

High school diploma or equivalent/GED
