Job Description

This role supports RBC Global Asset Management’s content and digital marketing team. The work includes contributing to the development and distribution of content related to marketing and communications initiatives of RBC GAM. Distribution channels include the corporate website, social media, and email marketing.

  • This role will support website management, social media execution and digital platform support
  • Help manage the process of content creation, timelines and maintenance of content calendar each month.
  • Support the Yext Social platform for the business including posting new content to the content library, responding to inquiries and monitoring metrics of the content used on the platform.
  • Help updating content on rbcgam.com
  • Assist with metrics tracking, benchmarking, analysis and reporting on digital marketing and social media initiatives.
  • Work with brand marketing, design, compliance, and other internal units to ensure the timely and successful completion of all projects
  • Other marketing related administrative functions, as required, including submitting translation requests and submitting content through compliance for approval.
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
  • Some digital marketing experience (website, email, social media)
  • Experience editing/writing with relation to web, social media and content marketing
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task, deal with change, and work in a fast-paced environment with a positive and cooperative attitude.
Nice-to-have
  • Experience with digital marketing tools, marketing automation tools, html, CMS and social media middleware
  • Experience with Design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint
  • Experience in tracking, analyzing and reporting of KPIs across digital and social media channels using web analytics tools such as Google Analytics
  • General investment industry understanding an asset
